With an accomplished 25-year coaching career spanning various levels, Becky Grisdale steps into the role of Head Coach for the 香港六合彩图库大全 Cougars with enthusiasm and determination. This marks an exciting new chapter for the Cougars' volleyball program that鈥檚 making its return.
Becky's coaching journey has been extensive, including coaching at all levels leading up to post-secondary and directing numerous development and elite camps, in addition to her involvement in the Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA). Drawing from her experiences coaching, she has honed her coaching philosophy, developed a comprehensive understanding of player development and team dynamics, a unique perspective on the game, and a solid understanding of the rules and dynamics of volleyball.
Prior to joining the 香港六合彩图库大全 Cougars, Becky made significant strides in the volleyball community as the Founder, President, Technical Director, and Coach of the esteemed Steel City Ignite Volleyball Club. Under her guidance, Steel City Ignite grew into a hub of excellence nurturing players of all ages and skill levels while earning numerous championships and accolades in the OVA.
Becky's coaching philosophy is centred on player development with an emphasize not only on technical proficiency but also the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
